My career goal is to work in the LDT field and continue to work in this field for the duration of my career. I have gained my teaching experience as an online educator in both formal and informal settings, and it inspired my passion for instructional design for better engagement in the online classroom. For now, I'm thinking of finding a tenure-track faculty position at an institution to continue my teaching, discovery, and conceptualization of engagement-oriented instructional design.
At the same time, I pay attention to other researchers or non-tenure-tracked positions that also focus on learning technology-related topics to continue contributing my knowledge and practice to the betterment of education.
